Indigo Metals is an Australian explorer advancing a portfolio of critical mineral, precious and base metals projects across Far North Queensland and Northeast Victoria, providing investors with diversified commodity exposure at a time of record prices across many metals.

Leadership
Our board and management team bring together more than 100 years of collective experience in mining, finance, and business growth. With backgrounds in the development and operating of mining operations, IPOs, and capital markets, Indigo’s leadership is dedicated to driving discovery and delivering results for shareholders.
Peter Fuller
Executive Director & CEO
Peter has nearly 40 years of experience in the mining, metallurgical and manufacturing industries, specialising in operational leadership, productivity improvement and business transformation. He began his career as a Metallurgical Engineer before moving into production management with BHP, later becoming Group Manager of Business Improvement, accountable for productivity across 46 sites in Australia and projects covering Australian, South African and South American assets.
In 2007, Peter founded FAROP Consulting Services, providing production improvement expertise and managing projects spanning mine expansions, production improvement, process efficiency and infrastructure initiatives. Peter holds an MBA in Technology Management, a Master of Applied Science in Metallurgy, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering.
Ben Emery
Director
Ben Emery is the CEO and Managing Director of Ark Mines (ASX: AHK) and has over a decade of experience in the mining sector. He is recognised for his expertise in locating, developing, and monetizing diverse mining projects. Additionally, Ben serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of Franklin Exchange Pty Ltd, a commodity trading firm with global operations.
His leadership has been pivotal in transforming several greenfield exploration projects into successful producing mines. Ben holds significant interests in various exploration and mining assets at different stages of development, reflecting his broad expertise across the industry.
Ruari McGirr
Non-Executive Chairman
Ruari McGirr is an experienced corporate financier and investment specialist. He trained and qualified as an accountant with KPMG and then moved into corporate finance in London. Over 30 years he advised primarily listed small and mid cap growth companies across a range of sectors. Since 2022, he has acted largely in a personal capacity as an investor, adviser and director or consultant to a select group of companies in natural resources, hotel and leisure development, technology and medical technology. He is also a consultant to and regulated by the UK FCA at an Australian managed financial services firm in London.
Henry Presser
Director
Henry Presser is the Director and Senior Finance Broker at Greenbox HL Pty Ltd, specialising in lending solutions. Henry holds a Diploma of Finance and Management and extensive certifications in brokerage. He is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA) and upholds the highest professional standards. Henry brings a unique background spanning finance, mining, agriculture, and business ownership. His career began in the agricultural and mining sectors, where he gained hands-on operational and team management experience, working alongside geologists, drillers, and industry professionals. He later transitioned into finance, where his cross-industry expertise, business acumen, and strong professional network enable him to deliver tailored solutions and long term outcomes for clients.
Craig McPherson
Company Secretary
Mr McPherson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He has more than twenty-five years of commercial and financial management experience and has held senior roles, including Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, with a range of ASX, TSX, TSX-V and NZX listed resource companies over the past eighteen years, both in Australia and overseas.
